A lot of nights I like to settle down into my bed early. I can keep an eye on things from there, but usually I end up asleep way before Mommy and Daddy go to bed. But sometimes it's best to stay up late with your Mommy. I stayed up late and look what I got... Ice Cream!
And then, I got skritches in my very favorite spot!
Wow - I've been missing some great stuff!

If that's what you get for staying up, I'm going to do the same too! Aah...now that's a good spot for some scratches!
Our dad snitches ice cream right before bed too and if we're still up, we get a lick! It pays to stay up late sometimes!
